General Terms and Conditions

This legal document establishes the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") governing access to and use of the services offered by Boomerang Casino and the underlying technological infrastructure. By registering an account, logging into the platform, browsing the site pages, or using any of the services provided, the user formally declares to have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted to be legally bound by these Terms. During the account registration phase, the user is obliged to provide truthful, exact, updated, and complete personal information in all its parts. The provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading data constitutes a serious contractual breach and will result in the immediate suspension of the account and the cancellation of any associated operations. The user undertakes to use the platform exclusively for personal entertainment purposes, in good faith and in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Any activity, transaction, or operation carried out on the platform using the user's correct login credentials will be considered valid and undeniably attributable to the user themselves, regardless of whether access was authorized or not. In case of suspected or ascertained unauthorized use of their account, or any security breach, the user is obliged to immediately change their password and contact our customer service with utmost urgency. We retain the unconditional right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account at any time, without any obligation of prior notice, if we believe, in our sole and reasonable discretion, that there has been a real or suspected violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, or if we identify fraudulent, illegal, improper, or harmful behavior to the integrity of the platform and the community. In case of closure due to a serious contractual breach or ascertained fraud, the company reserves the legal right to confiscate and retain any remaining funds in the account as compensation for damages or to comply with law enforcement requests.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any dispute, claim, or legal controversy arising from them or related to the use of the platform, are governed, interpreted, and applied exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Italian Republic, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws. By accepting these Terms, the user irrevocably agrees that the competent courts in Italy will have exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute. Such competent forum prevails over any other potential court.
